As the senior lead of the consultancy, Ish Atillo directs the execution of all services provided by the firm. Leveraging her multidisciplinary academic background in law and migration systems, she brings a high-level strategic perspective to every case. This ensures that clients receive robust, reliable, and legally informed execution throughout their process, rather than merely basic administrative assistance.

Ish oversees all core areas of the practice, actively driving results in:

  • Extranjería & Immigration: Strategizing and executing all residency, Arraigo, and nationality procedures.

  • Labor Procedures: Actively directing dismissal strategies, comprehensive payroll and finiquito analyses, and unpaid wage claims.

  • Procedural Execution: Driving CMAC case preparation, meticulous documentary management, and strategic administrative execution.

Her rigorous oversight guarantees that every stage of a client's case—from the initial legal assessment to the final administrative resolution—is executed with the highest level of professional and legal scrutiny.

Kaycee de Leon Perez

Managing Consultant | Labor Relations & CMAC Representation 

Kaycee de Leon Perez specializes in labor procedures and acts as the firm’s primary representative in administrative labor proceedings. Drawing on her specialized academic background in labor relations and employment systems, she applies rigorous technical and procedural strategy to complex workplace disputes.

Her primary focus includes:

  • CMAC Representation: Providing direct, strategic representation and advocacy for every case requiring mediation at the Centro de Mediación, Arbitraje y Conciliación.

  • Labor Documentation Analysis: Conducting rigorous, legally informed audits of employment contracts, payroll data, and final settlement (finiquito) calculations.

  • Procedural Management: Actively driving case strategy and executing the precise documentation flow required to manage and resolve labor-related files.
